2008 New Teacher Luncheon August 11, 2008
The Alexander County Chamber of Commerce held a special luncheon to welcome the new teachers for the 2008/2009 school year!
Each new teacher was sponsored by a Chamber member and all attendees enjoyed getting acquainted during the luncheon.
The afternoon concluded with the introduction of the new teachers and their sponsors along with drawings for door prizes and passing out of gift bags full of goodies provided by Chamber members.
